This simple 3 Ingredient cranberry juice can be sweetened to exactly to your preference. These open recipes allow a personal touch to your juices.

  • CRANBERRIES
  • SWEETNER (SUGAR, AGAVE, HONEY)
  • WATER

Supplies

The supplies required are very minimal to provide yourself with a higher quality, less processed cranberry juice.

  • Jars
  • Rings and lids
  • Cranberries
  • Sugar
  • Jar lifter

Process

The process to making cranberry juice has other ways of being processed, This recipe is great for small batch juices as well as to really find your preferred flavour.

Fill your selected jar 1/3 with your washed cranberries. Add some sweetener or sugar to your preference.

Boil some water and fill your jars, leaving some head space, then add the sterilized lids and rings. (Unless you use BERNARDIN lids, as preheating theirs is not advised)

Stand your jars in a water bath (pot of boiling water that will cover past the rings) and boil for 20 min.

Remove jars from water bath.

Allow the juice to sit for 4-6 weeks while giving them a shake a day.

After 4-6 weeks, strain in a cheesecloth and enjoy or water bath the strained juice again and store for up to a year!

**If you are doing large batches, the process is similar to our grape juice!
